Returns and refunds

For all return, cancellation and refund enquiries, contact Darca TCG at darcatcg@gmail.com. Include your order number or other proof of purchase.

Changing your mind

You may cancel an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. Notify us by email with a clear statement of cancellation, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. Email us for the appropriate return address. Cancellation does not require our approval.

You pay the direct return postage costs for a change-of-mind return. Pack the goods securely and retain proof of posting.

Trading cards and sealed products

Please handle goods only as necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and function. Opening booster packs, breaking seals, playing with cards or damaging packaging may reduce the value of collectible products. Where the law permits, we may deduct the actual loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for inspection. We assess this individually; opened packaging does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty or differs from its description, email us with the details and any helpful photographs. We will arrange the remedy you are entitled to under consumer law and cover reasonable return costs where applicable. These rights also apply to sale items and are separate from the change-of-mind return period.

Refunds

For cancellation of a whole order, we refund the item price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Extra charges for premium delivery are not refundable. Any lawful deduction for diminished value will be explained.

We refund without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds go to the original payment method without a refund fee. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
