Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases from Darca TCG. For questions, email darcatcg@gmail.com. Please read these terms with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Products
Check the product description for the edition, language, quantity and condition offered. Images marked as illustrative represent the type of product rather than a guaranteed individual item. For randomised products such as booster packs, specific cards, rarities, grades and resale values are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the listing.
Prices and placing an order
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. Shipping and the total amount payable are shown before payment. You can review and correct your order before submitting it. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorised to use.
An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received your order. A sales contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept an order because an item is unavailable or a listing contains an error, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for that order. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery arrangements. Our Return and Refund Policy explains cancellation and refund rights, including your statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods. Goods remain our responsibility until received by you or your nominated recipient, except where the law provides otherwise.
Website use and intellectual property
You must not use the store for unlawful activity, fraudulent transactions or unauthorised access, or introduce malicious software. Website content and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Commercial reuse requires permission or another lawful basis.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory consumer rights.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you use our store.
Complaints and applicable law
Email darcatcg@gmail.com with your order details and complaint so we can investigate. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction remain unaffected.
Changes
Updated terms apply to future orders. Your purchase remains subject to the terms in effect when you placed your order. You can save or print these terms for your records.
