Delivery destinations and charges

We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom. Available delivery options and the final charge are shown at checkout before payment.

  • Standard UK shipping: £5.99.
  • Free standard UK shipping on qualifying orders of £50 or more.

International delivery is not currently offered through our active markets. If your address is not supported at checkout, please email us before placing an order.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Any specific dispatch or delivery estimate provided for your order will be shown before purchase. Unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made.

For pre-orders or products with a later availability date, the applicable delivery arrangements must be agreed before purchase. If a delay affects an agreed date, we will contact you. Your statutory rights concerning late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

Dispatch and tracking

We will notify you when your order is dispatched. Tracking information is provided where the delivery service supports it. If an order is sent in more than one parcel, you may receive separate dispatch updates.

Delivery address

Please check your address before submitting your order. Email darcatcg@gmail.com promptly if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Missing, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the agreed delivery period or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and details of the problem. Please retain packaging and provide photographs where helpful. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate resolution; you do not need to resolve a carrier claim yourself.

Goods remain our responsibility until received by you or a person you nominate, except where the law provides otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
